During his long Telecommunications career M A Phahla worked in all key dimensions of the Telecommunications and ICT value chain, ranging from being Management Consultant, Service Provider, ICT and e-2-e solutions provider.

He is one of the authors of Business Models for Sustainable Telecoms Growth in Developing Economies book. Dr F Ali has occupied a number of senior leadership roles in local and multinationals telecommunication organisations providing management and strategic support and identifying value added new revenue streams for the business.
holds a B.Sc. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Certificate in Project Management (PPM) from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from University of Pretoria – GIBS. He is an Engineering professional with over 18 years’ experience. Mr. K Mothiba has worked for various companies, on different projects in various countries. He has in-depth knowledge of maintenance and Project Management in the Manufacturing and Telecommunication sectors. Mr. K Mothiba is an expert in the Design and Optimisation of mobile networks, Business Development, Sales and Product management.
with over 22 years of experience in software development, Mr B Reuban is a full-stack senior software engineer with expertise in Linux systems administration, mobile application development, and web application development. Throughout his career, he has built and contributed to various startups, developing scalable and innovative digital solutions. His technical proficiency, combined with a deep understanding of system architecture and performance optimization, has enabled him to drive the successful development of numerous high-impact projects.
